Our fast-paced modern day lifestyles mean that many of us are constantly stressed and anxious and our nervous system can become constantly activated and we can get stuck in ‘survival mode’.

The good news is that you don’t need to remain stuck in survival mode, it is possible to Reset + Revive and the key to this is learning how to regulate your nervous system. You can reset your nervous system so you can revive and restore your energy and live with more calm, balance, connection and joy…our nervous systems just need a little nudge to recalibrate!

Reset + Revive is a 6-week programme where we work together to get to know your nervous system. Which state of dysregulation is your dominant default mode? Fight, flight, freeze or fawn? Perhaps you resonate with each mode, but one state will be slightly more dominant.

Once you get to know your nervous system, we will then befriend it! I will teach you practical tools and practices to help you recalibrate your nervous system, bringing you back into a regulated state. We are literally pressing the reset button.

It’s great to be able to regulate ourselves, and press reset BUT we want to be able to prevent ourselves from becoming dysregulated in the first place so we can feel revived! We do this by widening your window of tolerance so that you increase your capacity to cope and resilience and you avoid falling back into a fight/flight or freeze/fawn states EVEN when you face stress and challenges. Your nervous system can stay in its comfort zone DESPITE daily stress, anxiety and overwhelm.

In the Reset + Revive programme you will learn a combination of tools and practices including breathwork, mindfulness, meditation and somatic stress release and this is combined with insight and knowledge and handouts to help you track your progress of nervous system regulation.

You will finish the course feeling to empowered to move forwards feeling better able to navigate challenges, emotions, and change, more easily. You’ll have more energy. You will feel more calm. You will feel more connected. You will be able to make decisions better. You will Reset your nervous system + Revive your energy!

I share knowledge so you can better understand your nervous system and recognise when you are in different survival modes AND I share practical tools, practices and routines to help you re-set your nervous system and increase your window of tolerance. The end result? You will feel better able to calm yourself ‘in the moment’ but you will finish the course having build your resilience and capacity to cope so it takes more to push you into survival mode in the first place.
