Returns Policy

RETREATS: Full refund will be issued to customers if they inform 10 of zen at least 14 days before that they can no longer attend. Please contact nikki@10ofzen.com. If the cancellation comes in less than 14 days before the retreat, no refund can be provided as costs for the event will have already been paid.

Terms of Service

RETREATS: If any unforeseen circumstances arise and the retreat has to be cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or a place on an alternative retreat. The retreat will be run in accordance with the description on the 10 of zen website, however changes to the agenda could occur depending on priorities of the group and any unforseen circumstances affecting other contributors.

Privacy Policy

ALL PURCHASES MADE THROUGH THE 10 OF ZEN SHOP: Your personal details and payment data will be processed and held by PayPal or Stripe in a secure and safe online environment - see their privacy policies here and here.

Your name, address and email details will also be sent to the 10 of zen organisers over email so we can contact you regarding your order. Click these links to see the privacy policies for Gmail and Fasthosts. These emails will be deleted once the product or service is deemed as delivered and no longer of interest to you.

Also, if you selected YES that you are willing to hear news and events information from 10 of zen, your personal details will be added to our CRM system and stored in a safe, secure and password protected environment. Please note we never store your bank details.

We constantly review customer engagement. If customers on our CRM system do not engage with our products within 2-3 years, we will remove all personal information from our system.
