Need that extra bit of help to start or sustain your own mindfulness practice?

I offer 1-2-1 training both online and in person and tend to create a bespoke programme for each person I work with. My most popular option is an 8-week course and then I’m bookable for further support once this is finished. Prices start from £60 per hour depending on location.

A typical 8-week plan includes:

  • A weekly learning topic where I share the key facts about how and why mindfulness works

  • Two guided meditations within each session lasting 10-15 minutes each

  • Handouts provided to take home with key points and prompts for home practice

  • A micro zen exercise is sent out via text/voice note to encourage clients to pause
