Nikki offers an 8-week 1-2-1 training programme for mums who are really want to create and sustain a regular mindfulness habit in their lives. After the course, Nikki is bookable for further 1-2-1 support to suit your needs.
The 8-week course includes:
An orientation session to understand your motivations, experience and needs
A bespoke 8-week training plan with a mixture of meditations and mindfulness exercises
Two guided 10 of zen meditation sessions held over the phone per week - booked at a time to suit your diary
Ongoing motivation & support via text to make the habit stick
