We offer free tools and training to mums in three ways: 

Zen library – an ever-growing library of meditations and mindfulness exercises designed specifically for mums. All the tools take 10 minutes or less and focus on Awareness, Kindness and Emotions.

Zenimars – group meditation sessions held on Instagram Live. These are held regularly at 9.00pm on a Thursday. Follow 10 of zen on Instagram for upcoming zenimars.
