We offer free tools and training to mums in four ways: 

10 of zen taster - Book a free 10 of zen taster session with Nikki - held over the phone or via zoom. It includes a 10-minute check-in chat, and then a 10-minute guided meditation. What's not to love? Drop us a note to fix a time.

Zen library – this is a responsive and ever-growing library of meditations and mindfulness exercises designed specifically for mums. All the tools take 10 minutes or less and focus around themes including Awareness, KindnessLetting Go and Motherload.

Zenimars – group meditation sessions held on Instagram Live. These are held regularly on Thursdays at 9.00pm. Follow 10 of zen on Instagram for upcoming zenimars.
